How it Works

motorstaff.com is a valuable recruitment 'tool' that is very easy to use. In just a few minutes you can register your business and add vacancies which are instantly viewable, both locally and nationwide, to motor trade jobseekers urgently searching for a new job.

Getting Started: Firstly click on the 'Sign Up' button on the menu to the left. This will take you to the registration page where you simply enter your company information. Once completed, you will be automatically taken to the 'Add a Vacancy' page. Enter your vacancy details, such as job title, location, salary, category, description etc. and lastly, select a fee option (see fees explanation below), click 'Next'. Your vacancy is now 'live' and viewable by a large audience of motor trade jobseekers.

If you wish to add more vacancies, simply click on the 'Add a Vacancy' button and follow the same procedure.

Vacancy advertising on motorstaff.com is Free, there are no up-front charges.

We offer two, selectable, fee options but there are no charges until your receive the first application to your vacancy.

Option A: 'View all Applicants' Details': You receive full CV applications, by email and pay a cost-effective fee per application plus a 'one-time' Flat Fee of £25.00 which is charged once the first application is received, per listed vacancy. You can delete/deactivate the vacancy at any time.

Option B: 'Selective Viewing': Upon receipt of the first application, an Access fee of £50.00 is charged which allows you to receive unlimited, full CV applications, per listed vacancy, by email but candidate name and contact details are withheld. Disclosure of a specific applicant's name and contact details is charged at £25.00 per applicant. You can delete/deactivate the vacancy at any time.

For example:

Using Option A: If you received 15 applications to a particular vacancy, the total cost would be only £100.00 (£5.00 per application x 15 + £25.00 'one-time' Flat Fee, per vacancy).

Using Option B: Say you chose to identify 2 of 15 applications. The Access fee would be £50.00 plus £25.00 per applicant to disclose name & contact details. Total cost: only £100.00.

Choosing a fee option depends on your estimate of what the response may be to your vacancy, obviously some positions are more popular and easier to fill than others, thus attracting a higher response. These are the only fees you pay, no other charges are levied and the employer is responsible for all vacancy administration, such as contacting applicants, interviewing, deleting/deactivating vacancies etc.

Optional Supplementary Services:

Candidate Database Search:

To enable this facility you must firstly log into your motorstaff.com account. To apply, simply click on the 'Database Access' button on the menu to the left, then select the desired time period for search access, either a 1 month, 3, 6 or 12 month duration, click 'Request Access'.

We will confirm your application by email and invoice you for the service. Please note: You will need to pay the invoice immediately to activate the service. Once paid, we will inform you, by email, that 'Database Access' is granted and you may search the database by clicking on the 'Applicant Search' button on the menu to the left and entering your search parameters. There are no usage limits for searching the database, feel free to access as many candidates as you wish, as often as you like. All available candidate details are accessible.

These additional services are subject to individual quotes. Normally we will tailor a range of services to suit your needs and in all cases, these costs will be far less than those charged by recruitment agencies for a similar level of support.
